Refunds & Exchanges

We take pride on making sure that each and every Personalized Street Sign that is shipped and delivered to our customers meets our quality control and satisfaction of our customers.

When a customer chooses a Personalized Street Sign from our ecommerce store, the customer is responsible in making sure all data that they enter on our site is accurate. We keep this information for designing purposes only and will keep on file if there is a dispute.

Once an order is received from a customer, we make sure our graphic designers have all the required personalized information that the customer has input on our site to start designing the Personalized Street Sign.

We only refund or exchange items that we have somehow misspelled ourselves during the designing process these are:

• Each Name on the Street sign
• Street Identifier (i.e. Street, Blvd., Drive, etc.)
• Quote
• Custom Quote

We will make good on our promise and design another Personalized Street Sign at no charge including free shipping. If a refund is requested we will honor that request with no questions asked. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We take refunds seriously. We will notify you by email immediately when approved for refund and we will begin processing your refund and credit card or method of payment you used to purchase the product(s). Refunds can take 7 to 10 days to be credited depending on bank processing. Please check bank account before contacting us.
